Zimbabwean-born , Ronn Tress, grew up in the streets of Avenues,Harare. His production skills, deft arrangements, and songwriting abilities have landed him in the spotlight in South Africa , garnering critical acclaim from outlets such as YFM, 94.7 Highveld, ZI FM Stereo, Star FM and Zim Power FM.
Tress,also known as Dozenman started his career crafting projects for Crook Avenue,(2003),Killa Bishop,(2005),The Circle(2008-13)Kartoon Karakta,Rise Of The Qaeda,(2014),3Mics' Shonglish Mixtape,(2015),Vicky Smallz's first EP (2019). Since then, he’s been involved with Deno Roulete,Not So Common,and Oakland,gone on to release two albums and several mixtapes.
Choosing to lean into a wider array of sounds and styles, in order to convey a wider array of emotions, his production is notably all round,from soul,rnb,hiphop,trap,dancehall,afro-pop and spoken word..
